Tomato and Fish Stew
In a saucepan, sauté the onion until gold brown, add the full can of martinete then fill the can with water and add that in with the Martinete.
- Let the mix warm and add the spinach or kale 5 minutes before serve ( remember to remove the stem of the kale and give a little massage to the leaves).
Roast the prawns with a little bit of olive oil and garlic (optional) and adding the the soup for a nice fishy taste.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with lime juice.
