What are our Vegan Chorizo Burgers made from?
Traditional Spanish Chorizo, all the taste but plant-based. Made with love in the Mediterranean.
INGREDIENTS: Water, soy protein* concentrate 18.4%, shea butter oil 5.5%, extra virgin olive oil 3.5%, flavourings, vegetable extracts of radish and carrot, stabiliser (methylcellulose), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), salt, vegetable fibre, edible coating [stabiliser (calcium alginate)], colouring (paprika extract), iron and vitamin B12.
*Our soy is NON-GMO and comes from crops that do not encourage deforestation.
How to prepare Vegan Chorizo Burgers from Heura?
Place a frying pan over a medium heat. Add oil. Cook the chorizo for 4-6 minutes, turning them over every minute to cook both sides (we recommend that you cover the pan to cook the chorizo faster and keep their juiciness).
