Delivery service

As DeGusta is based in Bristol, we deliver locally ourselves. When you place a £50+ order with us you will get free delivery. We are currently offering local delivery also in Cardiff (only Monday and Thursday at the moment)

Do you live outside bristol or Cardiff?, no problem at all. With our new shipping option you can receive your order somewhere else in the UK.

Let's say you live in London, Manchester, Brighton or anywhere else, you just have to place your order, enter your shipping information and that's it! We will send it to you within 48h through Priority Express.

Bristol: we offer local free delivery (£50+ orders), 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Cardiff: we offer local free delivery (£50+ orders), 2 days a week, Monday & Thursday.

Rest of the UK: we offer shipping nationwide 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. (click here to see pricing)

We just implemented our Nationwide shipping method. If you live in London, Manchester, Brighton or anywhere else in UK, we can send you your order. Please see our terms & conditions regarding shipping.

Our new platform allows you to select next day delivery for your delivery. If you are not able to book an specific day there may not be availability for that day already. Please select another day available to proceed.

Please note that we offer next day delivery by 3pm orders.

At the moment DeGusta is offering a delivery day option. You can select a day from the calendar at checkout and let us know what day suits you better.

If any hour is required you can let us know in "notes field" at cart page and we will do our best to meet your needs.

You will be send a confirmation email early the morning requested for delivery. After that, our driver will contact you half an hour before arriving to confirm details and ETA.  

Refunds

To make it easier, you can send an email to orders@degusta.co.uk if you have items in your grocery delivery that are:

    - Unwanted

    - Missing

    - Short in their ‘use by’ date (within 48 hours of delivery only)

    - Damaged

(Please note that any requests need to be made within 24 hours of delivery)

You will need to fill in the below information so be sure to have them to hand:

    - Order number - of the delivery you need a refund from (you will find this on your delivery paperwork or the emails we have sent you)

    - Email address - the one you use to log onto your groceries account

    - Full name - of the groceries account holder

    - Then, just enter the item name (you can get this from your receipt) of each item you need a refund for and the reason why.

Once the email has been completed, you will receive an email from our team explaining what will happen next.

(Do not forget to fill out the email as accurately as you can as any errors may mean a delay in receiving your refund.)

In case you have any missing item, it will be refund in the next 3 working days into the same credit card you did use. (Please allow 24 hours after that for the transfer to settle)
