Alhambra beer review
Alhambra Roja (7.4% ABV). Inspired by a German style bock Roja is an intense beer, brewed with a long fermentation process and a deep red colour, yet with the refreshing smoothness of a lager. Savour the first intense sip, and discover a strong and full-bodied beer. It has a distinct and extremely pleasant note of alcohol, followed by cereal flavours. Designed for special occasions, this beer is perfect for round the fireplace.
Where is Alhambra beer from?
Spain. More specifically Grenada in the region of Andalusia.
What goes well with Alhambra beer?
To accompany the Alhambra Roja we have selected a delightful black garlic sheep's milk cheese studded with pieces of black Spanish garlic, alongside Iberico Ham. The dry climate allows us to elaborate the ham the traditionally way, opening the windows and doing that the air of the mountains enters in our drying cellars, obtaining a natural drying. when the time comes, we move these pieces to the natural cellar, where they will ripen until the perfect colour and aroma are achieved.
