What is Brie?
Brie is a soft cheese originating from the North-eastern regions of France. This particular Brie, Ma Cremiere, has a Smooth texture, Warm, Nutty and Floral notes in aroma and taste. It is a classic 60% double cream, mild and buttery French branded full fat brie. The flavour is mild - medium with a slight flavour of hazelnut which comes from the coat.
How to serve Brie wheel?
Firstly, you need to decide whether you prefer you Brie with the Rind on or off. We recommend Brie with the rind, but it's important to note that the older the Brie is the worse the Rind will go, so if you've had your Brie sat around for a little while it might be worth trimming the rind off. Brie can be served in a number of different ways; on a Cheeseboard, with Crackers or bread, Sweet Fruits & Nuts, Cooked with Seafood etc.
Where to buy Brie wheel?
Brie can be found in almost any food store across the UK. However, high quality Brie produced and manufactured in North East France, the birthplace of the cheese, Isn't necessarily what you will see on the shelves of your local superstore. Luckily, you've come to the right place if you're looking for some traditional French Brie.
