​Our local cheese suppliers have been farmers and cheesemakers in the Vale of Camelot, for over two centuries. They maintain the family traditions, receiving an MBE for service to agriculture in 1964 the family has a commitment to knowledge around the cheese industry; with total control of the cheese chain starting with the dairy herds in the field. They supply fantastic quality products each with a unique story and flavour.

Our Spanish cheese range is produced by a company producing cheese since 1881 and founding their company in 1999.

​

They maintain traditional values with a focus on sustainable farming. But are constantly evolving to maintain the highest quality of cheese. They are currently one of the main producers of Manchego cheese allowing them to establish long-term relationships with their sheep milk suppliers and ensuring animal welfare.
