What are Vegan Sausages from Heura made from?

INGREDIENTS: Water, soy protein* concentrate 18.3%, shea butter oil 5.9%, extra virgin olive oil 3.5%, flavourings, stabiliser (methylcellulose), vegetable extracts (apple, beetroot, radish, hibiscus and
carrot), salt, vegetable fibre, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), edible coating [stabiliser (calcium alginate)], parsley, iron and vitamin B12.

How to cook Vegan Sausages from Heura?
Pan:
Place a frying pan over a medium heat. Add oil. Cook the sausages for 4-6 minutes, turning them over every minute to cook both sides (we recommend that you cover the pan to cook the sausages faster and keep their juiciness).
BBQ:
Brush the sausages with oil and leave them on the grill for 4 minutes on each side.
