Its characteristic frank flavor, buttery, moderately spicy, gently in the aftertaste and very pleasant on the palate reminds us of that peculiar aroma of traditional goat cheese from the Ibores area that our ancestors gave us as a delicacy without comparison.
It reflects the good work of the transhumant goatherds from the peripheral mountains of Extremadura. Paprika or with natural rind. Reflects the aromatic richness of goat's milk.
