Prep & usage
Stilton can be used in a wide variety of recipes to create traditional classics and cutting edge, contemporary dishes. It has great melting qualities to deliver a rich creamy finish.
Keep refrigerated. To serve, remove the cheese from the refrigerator a couple of hours before eating, loosen the wrapping and let the cheese warm to room temperature. This improves both texture and flavour. Stilton is suitable for freezing and should be slowly thawed in the refrigerator overnight.
