Our Iberico Hams are embraced by an incomparable natural landscape, at the foot of the sierra de Arancena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, in the village of Jabugo. Jabugo is considered by many to be the cradle of Iberian Ham as it enjoys an ideal microclimate for the preparation of this delicacy.
This dry climate allows us to elaborate a ham to the traditionally way, opening the windows and doing that the air of the mountains enters in our drying cellars, obtaining a natural drying. when the time comes, we move these pieces to the natural cellar, where they will ripen until the perfect color and aroma are achieved.
